Over the years, Cycon has expanded its offerings to include earthworks, drainage, FRP for retaining walls and capping beams, soil nails, shotcreting, and occupation commissioning for major infrastructure projects.

Managing projects that range from small boutique developments to large-scale infrastructure across Victoria, Cycon embraces a dedicated ‘One Team’ project delivery model, consistently delivering positive outcomes and enhancing the reputation of numerous tier one contractors. Praised for their safety performance, Cycon crews are highly valued within the industry.

Founded in 2010 by Tony Ciccone, Cycon Civil quickly established a reputation for delivering projects safely and successfully. Some years later, recognizing the potential for greater impact, Tony invited Indigenous leader Gary Mongta from Monero Group to join forces. This collaboration harnessed their combined skill sets, transforming Cycon Monero Group into a civil construction powerhouse. Together, they delivered major infrastructure projects, including the Southeast Program Alliance, Franklin West Shaft, and Southern Rail Loop.

In 2022, to manage the growing business, Anthony Vavallo joined the team. This led to the rebranding as Cycon Civil Group, a name that encapsulates their broad range of services and solidifies their position as a leader in civil construction. Although the name has changed, Cycon’s mission remains the same: to nurture employees’ skills, foster continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
